"Unable to add free perk right now"

Hi. I’m a new Koodo customer. Trying to set up my plan, i’m supposed to get a free perk but whenever i try to add premium voicemail, i get an error message telling me to try again in an hour.

Can anyone tell me how to contact customer support or maybe flag a rep for me?

Try waiting a few hours or tomorrow; perks like premium voicemail often provision within 3 business days for new lines.

Log into Self Serve on a different browser/device, clear cache, and retry adding it.

Still stuck? Log into the community with your Self Serve credentials so a rep spots it.

Hi there,

@GregL what error message do you receive when attempting to add the perk, can you share a screenshot? Make sure to block out any personal information if there is any.

Have you attempted to add the perk after clearing your cache and cookies, using a different browser, or a different device? If these don't work i'll flag a rep for you. 🙂

Hi. Thanks for the help. 
I get the error message “ it looks like you can’t add a perk right now. Wait an hour and try again.”

I set up my account yesterday and have tried to add my perk about 10 times. 
cleared the cache, used a different device, and used a different browser. 
always the same message.

I see, in that case i'll flag a rep to see if they can add it. If they cant they can begin a support ticket to add the perk with their technical team.

Just make sure you're logged into the community using your self serve credentials and they can give it a go. 😎

Unfortunately, we were unable to add it from our end, however, we have submitted a request and this should be added in the backend  in 3 business days.
