I bought an Umidigi A13 Pro to replace my phone which was destroyed.

 

I can not get mobile data with it. I can make out going calls, and the wifi works. Just not the mobile data. Is there something I need to set up?

Check your phone’s APN settings and compare them with Koodo’s APN settings (link below). If you’re not able to edit the default or current APN, you may have to add or create a new APN. Remember to save any edits made to the APN.

Thank you so much. I also had to make sure to delete the “Telus” APN that the phone created on initial start up. Now it works a treat.
