Hey all

Hubby ran over his fone and now won't turn on. Took sim card out and put in an old phone he had. He can use this fone to make and receive text messages and phone calls from his number but doesn't have any record of texts for last two years. As I can't power up the phone he ran over..is there anyway to transfer texts without phone?

Hi there,

unfortunately not no. Most if not all software used to transfer data from one phone to another requires you to be able to use the phones screen to accept permissions to transfer data. One thing that might be worth looking into is if the phone was backed up to a google account, Samsung account or iCloud (depending on the phone). Besides that there isn’t much else to be done. Sorry for the predicament.
