transfer existing phone number to new sim card

I have gone to the self serve option in Koodo. Chose the cell phone number, chose option, manage your SIM card. I put in the SIM card # and all I get is Koodo 3 rings buffering.

Edit: To confirm, are you looking to port an existing number to Koodo to a new sim card or just swap your current sim card to a new one?

If you’re just swapping your sim card to a new one, try clearing your cache and cookies and trying again, trying with a different bowser, or trying on a different device. Sometimes self serve can be a bit picky.

Have you tried restarting your phone after inserting the new SIM card? Can you confirm whether your old SIM card is still working?
