Telus TV+

I've tried activating Telis TV+ on multiple devices; phone, TV and laptop. I sign in using my Koodo login info and it signs in fine, but on Koodo self serve it's still asking me to activate it. I'm not sure what else to try.

I don't think Koodo's streamplus customer can use that Telus app. They typically have to use a web browser to access Telus Tv https://streamplus.telus.com/telus-login?returnUrl=%2F
