Telus TV+

I've tried activating Telis TV+ on multiple devices; phone, TV and laptop. I sign in using my Koodo login info and it signs in fine, but on Koodo self serve it's still asking me to activate it. I'm not sure what else to try.

I don't think Koodo's streamplus customer can use that Telus app. They typically have to use a web browser to access Telus Tv https://streamplus.telus.com/telus-login?returnUrl=%2F

I did download the app, and it works. But on Koodo self serve it is still asking me to activate it.

I don't think Koodo's streamplus customer can use that Telus app. They typically have to use a web browser to access Telus Tv https://streamplus.telus.com/telus-login?returnUrl=%2F

Just to double check, you accessed your Koodo self serve account from your mobile device, and then went to Subscription section, clicked on Activate next to Telus Films, then you were taken to log into the TELUS TV+ app?

Try uninstalling the TELUS TV+ from your phone, then (on your phone) log into your Koodo self serve account and click Activate next to TELUS Films. From there, you should be taken to download the app and log in. 

Let us know if that works.

 Done. I logged in using my Koodo info, and it works. But Koodo self serve is still asking me to activate it.
