I added the Stream+ add in yesterday and have waited 20 hrs to activate the streaming services. The stream+ menu under mobile services continues to read “service unavailable”

Based on what I read as an existing customer I am being charged right away. 
I am also still waiting the email confirmation and information on how to activate the streaming services and heard nothing. No email received.

So you followed this instructions?

It seems like after you added it, you need to activate it too.


I am aware I need to activate it. But I am not given the option. It says “service unavailable”
