I am a new customer. I brought my own phone and transferred my number. Nothing has been completed. It says transfer complete but nothing works. I have scheduled multiple callbacks but no one calls. I went in to the local koodo store and they couldn't help. So now all I want to do is cancel my account, but I can't even do that because I won't receive a call back!

We can see you discussed with a rep yesterday and a call back has been scheduled according to the note from the rep.

Have you tried removing and reinserting the sim card?

What type of phone are you using?

I have scheduled multiple callbacks. I ordered online so I got an esim. 

I have a Pixel 7.
