Tried to activate a new sim card on a new phone using the self serve option and it asks for method (email or text) to send a 6 digit verification code. I select my email as I cannot locate my old phone. The reply is that I cannot use my email since it is less than 48 hours old. I have never changed my email with Kodoo!  Unsure how I can activate my new phone and new sim card? Thanks in advance for all replies

The security measure was there to protect customer from fraud.

If you couldn't send to email,you would need a rep to assist. You can either schedule a call back (to a Canadian number of your choice) or chat with a rep via Facebook/Twitter messaging.
