I received calls from someone who claimed to be a Koodo representative. He said that because I had payed my bills on time for so long, I was getting a promotion. He said my bill for the next 12 months would be I think 35% off and I would get a free tablet. He walked me through ordering a tablet and said I would get a confirmation call from a Koodo rep. I did but I hung up because I was confused by conflicting information. Now whoever I talked with on the phone has account info and other info I don't give to just anyone. I'm not sure what to do now!🤷♀️

We have looked into it and according to the notes, we see that an upgrade has been completed on your account, but this was cancelled by the webstore team today.
If it wasn’t you, please make sure you change your self serve password/email and check if other online accounts that you have have been compromised.
