3 days old Samsung S23 FE purchased to replace my aged S20 FE 5G because the 5G never did worked on that phone.  Quite happy with this new phone EXCEPT I need WiFi Calling, ie: VoLTE.  

Apparently this “upgraded” phone doesn’t include this feature.  Does Koodo have to activate this for me?  There on no answers to this on Self Serve and no apparent way to contact a tech support person.

Anyone have any ideas?

VoLTe should be activated by default to your plan, what happens when you try to enable wifi calling on your phone?

 


SOLVED (and very promptly!) by requesting an agent callback.  Took one minute to call me!!!

Here’s how to do it…

open PHONE app 

top right corner 3 dots

SETTINGS

scroll down = WiFi CALLING - turn it on 😀
