Received cable modem but no tech visit for activation

I got a email from Koodo stating that my system will be activated on March 20, and when I put my modem into coax outlet, the DS light keeps blinking and nothing happens. Its March 22 and still nothing. The email said that the tech visit is not required.

Just to double check, have you tried resetting the modem and router using the steps here and there is still no internet connection?


Yes i have done this multiple times. but still nothing. I dont know if it is activiated. I got an email on march 20 stating its activated but nothing is working. modem is not working
