I was almost the victim of a scam, and they do have some of my info including my phone number, so I want to put a temporary hold on any requests for porting or SIM swap on my number to ensure they can't get ahold of anything. Anyone have any idea how I can do this or what number to call?

+4You can request a call back through Koodo's automated assistant. Also make double sure to change your password and pin, just to be on the safe side!
