Physical SIM data not working

I recently went to the US and used an eSIM for data only. Once I got back to Canada I deleted the eSIM and my phone shows the 5G signal, but every app gives the prompt “no internet connection”. I’ve tried removing the SIM and putting it back in, restarting the Cellular Data Network, restarting my phone multiple times (haven’t tried factory reset yet though), turning cellular data on and off, etc. Has anyone else had this problem? (I have a iPhone 13 pro max).

How about calling and texting?

It seems your phone data was set to used the esim only. Can you go to settings » cellular » cellular data and select Koodo sim?

If that didn't work, can you reset network settings with your Koodo sim in it?

Hi Dinh,

I deleted the eSIM once I returned to Canada, but I was able to figure it out - I had a VPN running so I deleted it within the settings and data started working again.
