Periods of no data though the days

I have been having this problem for months. 

Half the time I try accessing internet from my phone I have no date. I try 30min later and I have data again. It’s on and off though the day. 

On top of that, phone calls are dropped for no reason. Most of the time it happen before the person I called picks up the line. 

I tried contacting koodoo about it but they did not fix my issue. That was a few months ago. Now I try contacting them again and I can’t find a way to contact them without paying. 

Hopefully I can find help here 

 

My phone is up to date

I did try the removing of sim card, turning phone off and one, etc. My wife has the same phone and is with koodoo. she has no problem at all.

Try resetting your phone’s network settings and check your APN configuration; switching APN IP type to IPv4 only often fixes intermittent data issues on Koodo. Also, ensure mobile data is enabled in settings. If calls drop before connecting, it could be signal or network issues; test with a different SIM if possible. If problems persist despite these steps, contacting Koodo tech support again or scheduling a callback might be necessary, though options are limited.

How did you contact koodo before?  There is requirement to pay to contact Koodo.

 

I would also try testing your wife’s sim in your phone and you sim in her phone to see if the issue follows the device or sim.
