Not receiving international calls

My relative in the UK is trying to call my cell in Canada but is not getting through.

Does Koodo block incoming international calls ?

They do not as incoming calls are free to receive so there’s no need to have them blocked.

Are they dialing 00-1-xxx-xxx-xxxx, (the x’s being your phone number)?

Can they dial any other Canadian numbers?
