Hi, I am a new Koodo customer. I sales representative helped me set up a new account and I received an order confirmation for the new plan and an e-sim. I registered online and tried to transfer my current number to Koodo. Every time I try to transfer it whether by the account number or the IMEI number, I get an error message that says “Failed to submit port in request”. I am not able to get any help from the chat rep. Can you please help?
