I'm getting no signal on my Android Phone, tried with different things like restart, switch sims, but no luck....anybody who is facing the same issue? I'm part of Canada Ontario Mississauga 

What do you mean you switched sims?

Did you try your sim in another phone and a working sim in your phone?

Are others around you with Telus/Koodo having issues?

Are you a prepaid or postpaid customer? Have you checked if your account is active and there was no overdue amount?

Generally, if there was an outage, they will fix it and customer unfortunately have to wait.

I assume your phone worked fine in the same area in the past? and there was no significant weather event that can cause damage to existing cellular tower?


I’m not aware of you needing to login to report an outage? It should just ask for name and phone number for personal info.
