after transfer to Koodo from Bell, the website showed that the lines were successfully transferred to Koodo, problem is there still no signal!

What’s up with Koodo??? For Iphone, I did reset network per guide online, but it didn’t work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just to confirm, have you removed or turned off Bell SIM/eSIM from your device? As of now, what is the status on the top right of the screen?

Did you restart your phone after the port transfer?

Hi ​@Bluewill, we’re not seeing any provisioning issues for your account, all lines transferred successfully. Do you have no service at all or just low connectivity?

One is Iphone 15 plus, it showed in Koodo, but no signal! the other is android, the same, showed in Koodo, but no signal. These two sim cards were bought at local Koodo shop,  Koodo LTE Trio sim card.

And, most annoying is the online chat never give me better solution, no call back, no agent!!!!!!!!!!!!!

yes, i replied yes to leave Bell network. And I restarted the phones, nothing showed, Just SOS on top right of the screen.

Was the Koodo SIM working with a temporary number before you switched? Since a rep already checked, I wonder if the Koodo SIM had issue. Are you living near by any Koodo store? You could visit it and a rep would be able to physically check for you.

Just went to Koodo shop nearby where I bought the two sim cards, the guy said it’s definitely the card for monthly billing. And he helped me to set a call back in 15 minutes, again, no one call me even after 45 minutes. Don’t know why Koodo turned into such low communication!!!

When you setup the call back, were you using a different number - which is working and can receive incoming calls? Also it is strange to hear the rep at the store couldn’t do anything. They can simply change your SIM card to another one.

Ok, I should transfer to other provider now.  I won’t worry about what’s the consequences, it’s definitely Koodo’s problem, no one call me back about my problem, just empty talk, they said someone will call me from yesterday noon to afternoon, to evening, then I waited, but nothing happened.

That’s fine, not only Koodo provide such service.
