after transfer to Koodo from Bell, the website showed that the lines were successfully transferred to Koodo, problem is there still no signal!

What’s up with Koodo??? For Iphone, I did reset network per guide online, but it didn’t work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just to confirm, have you removed or turned off Bell SIM/eSIM from your device? As of now, what is the status on the top right of the screen?

Did you restart your phone after the port transfer?

Hi ​@Bluewill, we’re not seeing any provisioning issues for your account, all lines transferred successfully. Do you have no service at all or just low connectivity?
