I live in Northwest Calgary and I’m not able to get any phone signal right now, yesterday I had full 5 bars but now it’s not able to pick up any signals. I’ve already tried to restart, reinsert my sim and everything but no luck, still no signal since I woke up and noticed at 5AM today.

Do you have a prepaid account or a postpaid account?

Do you have the option to test the sim card on a different phone?
