No Reception

Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with the cell reception!

If you search manually for a network, it doesn’t find any? 

Have you tried restarting your phone?

Thanks for the quick reply. I was able to see multiple networks but no connection. I restarted a number of times and about ½ hour after your post it connected all of a sudden … so thank you!  Much appreciated   

I’d also enable wifi calling on your phone as it’ll help with any random connection issues that might come up the odd time.

i think I spoke too soon. I just switched over from Fido to Koodo. With Fido, I could easily hook up our Hisense Roku tv and everything worked via hotspot and wifi enabled on my iPhone 11. Since switching to Koodo and even choosing my iPhone on the tv settings, it does not connect despite saying it is connected. My wife’s Pixel will connect up and the various apps and live and Roku channel work perfectly. I looked thru iPhone setting and have changed nothing. I’m stumped 

Its possible that the Telus network has limited coverage for your location. Are you connected to Lte for network type?
