I can't receive a call to change my sim card because I fried my old phone. I have a new phone and new sim

Hi there,

Have you attempted to change the sim following the steps below?

A phone call is not normally required to change the sim, you should be able to do it in self serve. For the 2FA, you have the option to receive it via an email or to another line on the account if you have one.
