new phone for weeks. Cannot activate.

I ordered a new phone because I lost my old one and I have ordered a new one (Galaxy S25).  I have been paying for the use the whole time and still can’t connect to the network.  What do I need to do???

Hi

If you have another temporary phone, you can go to Koodo location and ask a rep to issue a replacement SIM and use that SIM in the phone while waiting for the S25.

Koodo isn't responsible for the loss of the old phone though.

I know it is not responsible for the loss of the phone but is there no way I can set it up from home?  The nearest Koodo centre is several hours’ drive away

If your phone is compatible with eSIM, You could try to change your SIM card to eSIM in selfserve Follow this https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/koodo-sim-support

Hopefully the system allows you to receive confirmation through email

Scanned the QR code and it says that my sim is already being used on another device.  My old phone is lost.  What now?

Just to double check, how did you get the QR code?
