New eSIM is locked, need PUK code

I locked my eSIM by entering the sim pin incorrectly 3 times (I assumed it was the same as the physical card) and it now requires an 8-digit Puk code to be unlocked.
 

I don't have access to any other phones and I have no means of calling a Koodo rep.

I'll flag a rep to help with getting you the PUK code.

Just make sure you're logged into the community using your self serve credentials and they should be able to get the info they need. 🙂
