My phone calls keep getting dropped and the audio is really scratchy. Can you help me determine what the issue is?

You could try to restart the phone first. If it doesn’t work, try to reset network settings to see if it improves.

Also, was it indoor or outdoor signal?

Thanks for your reply. I’ve tried restarting my phone, and reset the network. It’s an indoor and outdoor signal that keeps getting dropped.
