Need Help - Texting does not work


I just switched to koodo from fido, data and calling work, texting does not. Koodo has not called within any scheduled time frame to resolve this. Regretting joining.

Have you followed the procedure and received the porting text from both Fido and Koodo? What was the status of the number transfer in selfserve as of now? Is it completed ?

as well, which phone are you using? have you reset network settings of the phone to see if that can help?

Hi ​@IanRileyM We have looked into the transfer status and it’s cancelled.

Did you reply to the verification text to authorize the transfer?
