I just signed up for Koodo internet, switched from Roger’s.
I received the equipment and today is the day it is supposed to start service. I plugged everything in based on the instructions on the app. The modem is not receiving an internet signal and the US light is flashing
my internet wont connect

If your internet isn’t working and the DS light, US light, or Online light on your modem is flashing (like in the example images below), try the following steps:

Ensure your modem is in the original install location in your home.

Tighten the coax on the back of the modem and wall-jack (if applicable).

Remove the power cable from your modem for 30 seconds, then reconnect it.

Wait 5 minutes and recheck the modem lights; if there’s no change, please reach out to us via Koodo Assist.
