I paid my bill but my data is still blocked

How did you pay the bill, was your account suspended? Is just data not working? If your account was suspended and you paid through a bank transfer, it can take 3-5 business days for koodo to process the payment.

Does self serve give you a message that your service has been resumed? It could be that Koodo had not received the money just yet, especially if you paid by bank.
If they have received it, try rebooting your phone.
My payment is made online through self serve I only have calls and SMS messages my data is blocked
The charge was made to my card and I received the email that we have received your payment

We have looked into it and we see that there is only 39% data usage out of your monthly allotment. Data is not blocked from Koodo’s end.
Is data blocked on your phone maybe?
Have you tried restarting the phone or resetting the network settings?
If you have a data limit set up on your phone settings, please check if billing cycle is synced with your Koodo billing cycle.
