Hi Friends,

One of my two cellular line’s data isn’t working since yesterday. The plan cycle resets on the 11th, and definitely data isn’t used it up

 

Already restarted the phone and settings. 
When I’m at home, it connects to wifi and it works perfectly fine. 

What are some options to get support from koodo? 
(I’ve sent them a message on facebook per their group)

Options for support include you reaching out via FB and here. Did you check if data is turned on? Can you swap Sim cards between the phones to see if the problem follows?


Awfully embarrassed. For some reason the data was switched off, it’s working now. Thank you for sharing the different options to troubleshoot this!
