modem activation

Hello,

I just installed my home internet modem now I’m trying to activate it, but it’s not showing on my wifi list to chose it from to begin with what should I do? 
can you send someone to activate it for me?

Did you follow the instructions to set up your modem and router? Have you tried looking for the coaxial cable outlet in your home? https://www.koodomobile.com/en/setup

We have checked on our end and we can see the plan is already active.

I set it up step by step with the video provided from kodo the pale is the network is not showing in our wifis list at all

Login to your router and make sure you SSID is not hidden and make sure the SSID is what is noted on the label of the bottom of the router.

I did rested my modem the issue is after the restarting the red flash light for the internet on the router won’t the green

what Should I do?

If it flashing red, it is still doing the reset and updating, according to this https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/understanding-your-modem-and-router?

 I would recommend you wait 1,2 hours to see if it can fix itself

It’s been flashing for the last 2 days no progress! 
can you please send someone to fix the issue? This is so upsetting the bill for this month was already taken from my account and still no internet!

As well, for Koodo internet, your first month is paid upfront. Your payment will be applied once your billing cycle begins, which is seven days after your requested activation date.

So you essentially get 7 days of free service after your activation date so you aren’t paying for a service you don’t have quite yet. Hopefully they can fix the current issue to limit the frustration however.
