I recently switched from Bell to Koodo and since then have been missing iMessages. It happens randomly and the only reason I know they have happened is because I get notices on my Apple Watch (which does not have cellular).

can you help? I saw someone post about this before and said it was an issue on Koodo side

iMessage actually isn’t a service provided by Koodo. It was from Apple.


Anyway, it was strange to hear your iPhone pushed iMessage to Apple Watch but didn’t show notifications on the device. Would it be an issue where the Apple Watch reported it was “read” then the notifications on the iPhone automatically disappeared by design?

For issue with firmware/software, I would recommend you reset network settings of the phone (and Apple Watch). As well, you could try to disable and reenable imessage. Hopefully those could help
