Missed Calls

I’m a new Koodo customer and I’ve noticed that my phone doesn’t ring when I receive calls—they just show up as missed calls. I’ve already reset my network settings. I’m using an eSIM on an iPhone, have about two bars of signal, and 5G data works fine. “Silence Unknown Callers” is turned off, and my phone is not in Do Not Disturb. Can someone help?

Yes, it wasn’t in Focus mode. I was chatting with Koodo Assist, but it kept suggesting callback, which I would’nt be able to answer as it would go to missed calls. Eventually, I was able to connect with an agent who refreshed my account on the backend, and the issue is now resolved. Thanks everyone for the responses.

Is your phone on silent and/or is your ringer volume turned down?
The ringer volume is often separate from your regular volume.

What kind of phone are you using?

Did you check your phone to see if it is on a Focus Mode?
