Koodo Self Serve can't reach a representative

I have been attempting to schedule a callback for 45 minutes using Koodo Assist to help with my internet outage and every time I choose tech support,  the response is:

We're busier than usual right now, and unable to get you to a rep at this time.

I've tried power cycling three times and nothing

Unfortunately, it is one of the busiest times of the year, so response times from a rep will likely be extremely delayed due to the Black Friday event. You can try to occasionally check on Koodo Assist to see if there are any available slots. https://Koo.do/Chat

Unfortunately, they are probably very busy with Black Friday right now… your outage happened at a bad time! What outage do you think it could be? Can you describe the coloured leds on your modem for example? Perhaps someone knowledgable in the forum can assist :)

you can follow the suggestions in the link below, but it may be sometime before you can schedule a call back as it is black Friday - I would expect delays for today and the weekend.

If you’re unable to reach someone, you can also message a rep through Koodo’s social media pages Facebook and X (Twitter). The correct profiles for this can be found by clicking the associated logo at the bottom this page.

Yeah, it’s wild how backed up Koodo Assist gets during Black Friday; happens every year. If you’re still stuck, you could try messaging Koodo on Facebook or X (Twitter) directly; sometimes they reply faster there, especially if you mention it’s urgent and you’ve been waiting a while.

If you haven’t already, check the Koodo Internet app; it sometimes gives more info about outages or lets you run a quick test that might help figure out if it’s your modem or something bigger. If you’re seeing weird lights on your modem; like flashing orange or red; post a pic or describe them here; someone might recognize what’s up.

If nothing works, just keep checking back on Koodo Assist every few hours. It’s annoying, but sometimes that’s the only way.
