Since installing Koodo internet 3 months ago, I have been having DNS issues. Specially not allowing me to access Salesforce and Talkdesk as well as other websites randomly.
I have already tried changing to common DNS servers like Google and Cloudflare, and while they allow me to access the previously mentioned sites, they are both slow and laggy. It is possible for Koodo to address the default DNS issues?

Just to double check, have you reset the equipment using the steps here and used the Koodo internet app for troubleshooting?

Yes, I have reset the router following those directions. This has been an issue since install. The issue seems to be with Koodo’s DNS servers because if I change it from the default, Google’s DNS servers allow me to use the sites Koodo internet is unable to connect to.
