Issue linking Amazon Prime by Koodo via Stream +

I had prime but have since cancelled through Amazon and it's fully finished. However, I attempted to add Prime through Koodo prior to the cancellation. It appeared like it had gone through but had actually not and I got changed for prime via Amazon again and cancelled at that point. Now on my Amazon orders list shows an order of Prime by Koodo but it says it costs 0 dollars and is continuing to say that it will be shipped.

When I attempt to link Prime by Koodo  through Stream + I now get an error stating "Activation error: this account is not eligible for this benefit." I have a feeling that the issue is the purchase on the order page that is just hanging there. I've contacted Amazon support a few times to remove the 0 dollar/obviously isn't going to ship purchase but that doesn't seem to be a thing they can do. Over a number of days they messaged the seller a few times "Amazon CA" for help and then to cancel but no response. They then gave me the customer service number for Koodo on the last attempt.

Anybody have any clarity on this kind of issue or what I may be missing to remedy the problem?

Thanks very much.

We recommend scheduling a call back so a rep can look into it further.

If a new link cannot be resent, then you would need to cancel and activate Stream+ again once the billing cycle for current subscription ends.

Hi @Etan

Just to confirm, have you tried to activate Amazon Prime through the activation link you received when you signed up for Stream+?

Thanks for the reply, I've tried a few times and I just get the "Activation error: this account is not eligible for this benefit" message now.
