I have an Iphone 14+ and I was having issues with it before Christmas and it was sent away for repair. I know have the phone back and it keeps shutting down on me. Today alone it has shut down 8 times and it completely drains the battery from 80% to 10% or less in a matter of seconds. When they repaired my phone they said they replaced the battery but it is working terribly since the repair was completed.
Under settings it tells be to “Finish your Battery Repair” but when I do it tells me that the battery is not recognized. Not sure what else to do here as the phone is still under warranty.
