iphone glitching and freezing


Got phone 4 months ago and after two, it starts glitching and freezing. Still within warranty but Koodo is being asses and refusing help. Never even sent an Apple certified charger with the phone. Just a phone in an empty box.

Is this a certified preowned (CPO) phone? Can you give more details with Koodo refusing help? What troubleshooting have you attempt3ed? Which iphone do you have? Can we get more details please?

CPO phones don’t get chargers anymore. Apple also doesn’t ship chargers with iphones anymore, so Koodo definitely won’t add one when brand new you don’t get one. Just about any charger will work anyways. They are quite universal .

CPO phones don’t get chargers anymore. Apple also doesn’t ship chargers with iphones anymore, so Koodo definitely won’t add one when brand new you don’t get one. Just about any charger will work anyways. They are quite universal .
