My Koodo internet services were activated February 1st. I received the equipment February 3rd. 
Following the installation instructions, only the power light was illuminated on my router. 
I unplugged and plugged back in with no success. 
Detached all cords and reassembled with no success. 
Completed a factory reset, and now all lights are lit up except for LAN which is flashing red. Read in the Koodo community that this is normal with a reset and only lasts a few minutes. Well, it has been flashing for 6 hours now. 
I don’t see any other troubleshooting options available. 
Can you please provide guidance?

If you followed the troubleshooting steps here, and you still don’t have internet connection, we’d recommend scheduling a call back with the virtual assist, so a rep can further look into it.
