I'm doing an initial install of koodo's internet devices sent to me. (Today is my activation date, yes.)

I've been sent from the digital assistant to the Koodo voicemail back and forth a few times. I have strong words for the suit who thought of that.

My LAN light is blinking red on the modem.

Everything else is green.

Both were unplugged for 30 seconds.

Modem was reset.

Computer & cellphone can connect to the signal but no internet connection is available.

 

Please, actual humans,  what do I do?

Call a nearby Telus store and they will have someone call you… that's how to get help from Koodo.


Does your internet work now?  What did they do to fix it?
