My internet has been down. I have tried resetinf both the modem.m and the router.

What was the status light on the modem? and when did it start?


There is a red light on the modem and it stopped working a few hours ago

Was the light “red” or “red flashing”? If it was flashing, the modem might try to reset. If the light was a constant red, the physical internet line could be the issue and you will have to contact Koodo.
