internet black box not turning pn

Hi, my internet was working up till an hour ago. The black box has no lights on what so ever now and I did unplug it and restart it . Anything else I could try?

If the lights are off, could you double-check that the modem and router are plugged in? Also, please check the coaxial line for any loose connections?

Both are plugged in. All lines are good that I can see

Could you try testing it with a different power plug? Typically, the light should turn either red or green if the device is receiving power. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/understanding-your-modem-and-router?

Yes I did that as well. Still no light

Can you plug another device into the power outlet to see if it is working? If the outlet is okay, the issue might be with the modem, and you may need to get it replaced.

That would be very rare, though, since the internet was just recently activated.

The white box is in same spot and it’s on and I did switch them to make sure .

In that case, you would have to schedule a call back from Koodo using their digital assist www.koodo.com/chat and ask them to check or replace the device if needed.
