Heyy everyone 

I was wondering if there are any outages with Koodo. It’s been 10 days I have my new router and everything but I  am constantly having issues with connectivity. I have called many times and also rebooted and factory resetted but nothing works. 

Did Koodo send someone to setup at your home?

Additionally, when you had issue with connectivity, what was the status light on the modem?


No they said a technician isn’t needed

all the lights were green


I would try again with a callback for a technical support ticket on connectivity issues if it’s constant.
