Hey everyone 

so I have a concern

i just started my service with Koodo internet. I received the modems and it’s installed. It’s been a week and a half I have the service and all it gives me is problems as the internet disconnects at least 3-4 times a day. 
I got my own internet to work from home but there’s no point of working from home if I have a bad internet.  I spend more time rebooting then working from home. What can I do?
