MMS is not working between myself and the person I am trying to communicate with who is currently visiting the US (we are both from Canada, both Koodo). We both have the perk International SMS/MMS.
both using iPhone. iMessage is turned off. SMS is working but unable to send photos.
would appreciate troubleshooting.
The perk “International SMS/MMS” only applies for messages sent from within Canada. Once you travel outside of Canada, your usage will subject to roaming condition.
Regarding the issue, Are you and the person traveling in US have cellular data on? MMS requires cellular data to send/receive.
