Incoming Caller-id

When I receive calls from my office on my cell phone, a different caller name appears than when I call my landline.

The name showing on my cell phone is incorrect. I’ve confirmed the number is not saved in my contacts, and other mobile users are seeing the same incorrect name.

In researching i can see there are 3rd party apps i can download, i do not use any of these (ie. Hiya).

Is there a registry or database where I can register my office number to ensure the correct caller name is displayed?

From what I know, Samsung uses Samsung Smart Call, which is powered by Hiya, and Apple uses Apple Business Connect or the information provided by the service provider to display Caller ID on their phones when they are not on your contact list.
