Why was my wifi calling  disconnected  ? I can't turn it on without that link.

I can't turn on wifi calling directly without a link to enable it. And just all of a sudden they disconnected it.

Which phone do you have?

Do you have the VoLTE access add-on in your Self Serve account?

Just have to confirm a few things before flagging a rep.

I don't have the volte option. I just went to look threw other people's comments and found a link. And it worked. Thanks tho.
