I went to the iPhone settings and deleted it through settings by accident thinking it was another sim, now I can’t use my phone number for anything and I need to get it back quick

So unfortunately not, once deleted you will need to aquire a new ESIM or physical sim from a koodo store and do a sim replacement on your koodo account following the steps below. They cannot be restored.
