I can't call, I can't text messages.

When I call the other person, it does not connect with the message 7b1 your phone is not activated on the network.

How do I get in contact with a rep as everything is automated now and no help?

Was your phone working before?

Are you prepaid or postpaid customer?


The same here most of time no service on 3 accounts, this is ridiculous!!!

Can you start your own post?

You can add more information such as -if you are new prepaid/ postpaid customer or not.  Your service were working before or not...etc
