Any tips on how to contact a live person from Tech Support directly via facebook messenger or email? ..bc that appears to be my only options at the moment. I sent multiple messages in Koodo facebook messenger, all with no replies (it’s been hours). Then, very inefficiently, I was able to contact a live person thru Koodo Assist which took 2-hrs to conclude that Tech Support will contact me. So, I was bumped back to the bot that had me select an appt time and informed me that I would be contacted within 30-min of this time. It’s over an hour past my scheduled time, and no ‘callback’. ‘Luckily’, I had space to focus on online errands and work today to get as far as I did. It looks like I’ll probably have to travel 80-min to the nearest Koodo provider on another day, despite repeated promises that this issue will be resolved ‘today’.
