How to QUICKLY contact a live human?

Any tips on how to contact a live person from Tech Support directly via facebook messenger or email? ..bc that appears to be my only options at the moment. I sent multiple messages in Koodo facebook messenger, all with no replies (it’s been hours). Then, very inefficiently, I was able to contact a live person thru Koodo Assist which took 2-hrs to conclude that Tech Support will contact me. So, I was bumped back to the bot that had me select an appt time and informed me that I would be contacted within 30-min of this time. It’s over an hour past my scheduled time, and no ‘callback’. ‘Luckily’, I had space to focus on online errands and work today to get as far as I did. It looks like I’ll probably have to travel 80-min to the nearest Koodo provider on another day, despite repeated promises that this issue will be resolved ‘today’.

My issue was resolved within a 5-min interaction at the nearest Koodo kiosk (1:20-hrs away from my residence). Evidently, hours of attempts to resolve this issue online thru Koodo Assist (via communication with bot to live person chat and back to bot to schedule Tech Support ‘callback’ to a phone that doesn’t work) and FB messaging with a Koodo Rep is less helpful and much more time consuming in trying to resolve the problem of getting access to both a cellular network and wifi calling after my attempt to transfer from Bell to Koodo. I’ll never reattempt transferring services online again. Better to do in-person.
