I am not able to receive texts from my bank in the US since switching to Koodo.  This is preventing me from logging into my banking app.  The app says to contact my carrier and ask them to allow short code text messages from 872-265

How can I get Koodo to unblock this number?  I was receiving these texts when I was with another Canadian Cell provider in January.  

Shortcode is a controversial thing. People blame each other especially when it was a foreign service/company. If you are using an US bank, try to use an US number to receive it.

You could also contact Koodo directly and ask a rep to check if they receive anything from the shortcode or not.
