I'm looking for some help regarding my streaming. I have streaming basic. This plan includes Amazon prime. The account i have set up to receive Amazon prime is no longer able to use on Amazon so I'd like to change it to my husband's account/email. How do I go about doing this? Is that considered a relaunch?

To change the Amazon Prime account linked to your Koodo Stream+ Basic plan, you cannot directly switch emails on Koodo. You need to cancel your current Stream+ subscription, wait for the billing cycle to end, then sign up again using your husband’s Amazon Prime account during the new activation process. This is not considered a relaunch but a new subscription activation with the new Amazon account email. For any issues, contacting Amazon support to unlink the old account may help.
